What triggers happiness in you?

Back in 2013, I was traveling to the UK, with hubby, for my MBA Graduation and while on the plane I was just bored because it had been a long connecting flight.

I had watched all the movies I was interested in from the limited selection that the in-flight entertainment provided and then it happened....

Hubby, who had the window seat, looked out and saw her. She was breathtaking. She was beautiful. She was spread out in all her glory. 😍

Mother Nature at her finest! 🤩

He turned to me, already knowing my reaction before I even looked up, and said “Take a look...” My eyes looked up from whatever boring thing they were engulfed in at that moment and nearly popped out.

Wowza! The beauty of Mother Nature in all her finest. 😍 ❤️ 💗

Those who know me, know that I am a sucker for Nature Photography because it brings out the brilliance of ABBA (God).

Hubby willingly gave up his window seat...there was no alternative of course 😁 and I got out my DSLR Camera and was trigger happy for about the two hours it took us to land in UK. Of course I was even better prepared on the return leg back to Nigeria.

Sadly, I didn’t take the best photos as I had limitations top of which were my lack of zoom lens and the plane’s thick window which gave the photos a blur 🙄 but I enjoyed every minute of the experience nonetheless. I also took some more photos during the ten days I was in the UK.

I’m sure there are those who understand how I felt on the plane that day while taking those photos and there are some that are rolling their eyes like: “whaaaaat? You mean she wasted all that time taking photos of clouds and wastelands when she could have been............” 😐🤨🙄

But that’s exactly the whole point of the story. We are all different but we all have that one thing that gets us excited and trigger happy.
